USN ships have had CIWS since the early 80s


Guess you can think of this as "CIWS on a truck" for the Army.

The Army also has a "counter battery" capability, where radar tracks incoming rounds to estimate where they originated from, then they can return fire with artillery fire at the launching point.
Hopefully that is over there too.
